Praharsha is an annual cultural celebration of Asha UFlorida. Dubbed the Festival of Hope and Happiness, this is how Asha extends a warm welcome to the new students joining the Gator Nation. While one enjoys the festive evening with an entertaining array of classical renditions and contemporary dances & music by students and professionals, the event provides a glimpse of the far-reaching impact of every small step taken to educate the underprivileged children around the world. It raises awareness about the chapter’s projects and activities through mini-presentations and brief talks. Last year, an audience of more than 1000 including students, faculty and local community members enjoyed Praharsha.
